How to start a return

Email us at tismcomm@gmail.com with your order number and one line on what went wrong. You do not need to justify it at length. We will reply with return instructions within 2 business days.

Condition

Used is fine. That is the entire point of a 60 day guarantee on a product you have to actually use to judge. We ask that you return whatever you still have of the item and its parts.

Refunds

Once your return is received we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank it can take another 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong thing, we cover return shipping. If you simply do not want it, return shipping is yours.

Damaged or wrong item

Email tismcomm@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you, your choice, and you will not be asked to ship anything back at your own cost.
